These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Online Counselling & Admission Application Portal ("the Portal") operated by Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Parishad, Jaipur ("the Parishad") for BSC Ayurved Nursing and DAN&P admissions. By submitting an application through the Portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility to Apply
You may only apply through this Portal if you satisfy the eligibility criteria notified by the Parishad for the course and category you are applying under. Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, verification, or admission.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the Portal. By submitting your application, you declare, under oath, that the details provided are true and that no material fact has been concealed. If any information you provide is later found to be false, you shall bear full and sole responsibility for it, including cancellation of your application, allotment, or admission at any stage.
3. Application Fee
The application fee applicable to your reservation category must be paid at the time of submission. The application fee is non-refundable once the application has been successfully submitted, except where expressly stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
4. Seat Confirmation Fee
Where applicable, saving your college preferences during choice filling requires payment of a one-time seat confirmation fee. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of candidature, non-reporting to the allotted institution, or cancellation of admission for any reason.
5. Documents
All documents uploaded (including academic certificates, category/domicile certificates, PH/Disability Certificate, and NOC where applicable) must be genuine, self-attested where required, and legible. Admission is subject to verification of original documents at the time of reporting to the allotted institution. Any discrepancy between uploaded documents and originals, or any forged/fraudulent document, will result in outright rejection or cancellation of your candidature without refund of any fee paid.
6. Seat Allocation
Seat allocation is conducted purely on the basis of merit, category-wise reservation, and the college preferences submitted by the applicant, in accordance with the counselling rules notified by the Parishad from time to time. The Parishad reserves the right to run multiple allocation rounds, modify the seat matrix, or revise allocations to correct errors, subject to applicable rules. An allotment is provisional until confirmed by the Parishad.
7. Right to Reject or Cancel
The Parishad reserves the right to reject any application, or cancel any allotment or admission already granted, at any stage if it is found that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, has furnished false information, or has violated these Terms & Conditions.
8. Communication
By submitting your application, you consent to receive communications from the Parishad regarding your application, allotment, and admission process via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp at the contact details you have provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Parishad shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by incorrect information submitted by the applicant, failure to complete the application within the notified schedule, or circumstances beyond the Parishad's reasonable control (including technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Portal or the admission process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Parishad may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Portal after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
