Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the Online Counselling & Admission Application Portal operated by Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Parishad, Jaipur ("the Parishad"). Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Application Fee
The application fee is charged at the time of final submission of your application (Step 6 - Payment & Submit). Once your application has been successfully submitted and the fee has been processed, the application fee is non-refundable, including in cases where:
- You are later found ineligible for the course or category applied for.
- You choose not to proceed with the admission process after submission.
- Your application is rejected due to incomplete, incorrect, or false information supplied by you.
2. Seat Confirmation Fee
Where choice filling is open, saving your college preferences requires payment of a one-time seat confirmation fee, as notified on the College Preference page. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Withdrawal of your candidature after payment.
- Non-reporting to the allotted institution within the prescribed period.
- Cancellation of your seat allotment for any reason, including by the Parishad.
- Change in your preference order after payment.
This is clearly stated on the College Preference page prior to payment, and completing the payment constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of this non-refundable condition.
3. Duplicate or Failed Payments
In the rare event that a payment is deducted more than once for the same application due to a technical error, or a payment is deducted but not reflected against your application, please contact the Parishad immediately with your application number, payment details, and transaction reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous deductions will be refunded to the original payment source within a reasonable time after verification.
4. How to Report a Payment Issue
To report a duplicate payment, failed transaction, or any payment-related discrepancy, please contact us with your application number and payment/transaction reference:

5. Changes to This Policy
The Parishad reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your payment shall apply to that transaction.
